Updated product missing one vital piece
I bought and love my Uppa Baby Vista buggy in Australia in 2016. I've since had another baby and bought the extra seat and cover and love it. My first rain cover broke at the place where the kids put their feet , hence I ordered a new one online in Ireland (where I now live). This came without the inbuilt mosquito net, which the first one had. I'm in a unique situation that my eldest child has Leukaemia and need to have the rain cover over her all year round in the buggy due to bugs in the air and her fragile immune system. So this was a complete shock to see that they had removed the mosquito net part of the rain cover. I do have a seperate whole buggy mosquito net but I don't want to have to use two covers for her here in Ireland. So to be honest I was quite disappointed and have still not thrown out the old one incase I don't find a solution to this issue. The customer service team have been exceptional and I'm awaiting news from them regarding a happy solution. Eimear Hardiman on 5th Mar 2019
