WEB ORDERING
Our ordering system is straightforward the chosen item/items from the shopping basket, log in or create a new account, enter the required details and click the payment box to process your credit card. You will then receive an email confirming your order details and current order status.
Your emailed order confirmation document does not signal our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order placed on this website without the need to give explanation or reason. Upon cancellation of your order we will immediately issue a credit to your credit/debit card used in the original order for the amount charged. A contract is formed with the customer when the ordered items have been dispatched
Under the Distance Selling legislation you have an option to cancel your order within 14 days (Cooling-off period) which commences from date of delivery. Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay all postage costs. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Upon receiving your delivery, examine your order to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 72 hours to indicate the problem so it can be resolved. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order is in perfect condition.
Any discounts or promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Only one discount or promotional offer can be used on a single order.

PRICE MATCH
At Eurobaby, not only are we committed to providing you with the best products, we are committed to providing you with the best products at the best price. For this reason we offer to price match our products if you find it for less in another online Irish store.
Furthermore, you can avail of our Price Match offer for up to 7 days after you have purchased with Eurobaby. If you find the product for a lower price than you paid with us, we will refund you the difference. To avail of this offer all you need to do is email us with a link to the web page featuring the product at a lower price.
There are some exceptions:
The product must be in stock in the company’s Irish online store. Our price match excludes drop shipping (organising delivery directly from the supplier to the customer) and companies that deliver internationally but are not based in Ireland.
Ensure that the price displayed on the rival website is the final price you will pay, inclusive of taxes and delivery charges. At Eurobaby we offer free delivery on all orders over €60 in Ireland (excludes furniture) so the price you see online is the price that you pay, no hidden extras. Our Price Match also excludes second hand products or goods bought through private resellers, such as eBay, Amazon or DoneDeal. We will price-match against any official stockist that has been approved by the product manufacturer.

Custom Designs
Custom order designs will be confirmed by email. Upon your final design approval, the goods must be for paid in full in order to initiate production. Due to the unique nature and of your design, all items created for custom design orders are final sale and are ineligible for return or refund.
Custom design orders are not eligible for any promotions or discounts
Most custom order designs are completed within an 8-12 week time frame. We will use our best efforts to accommodate an expedited schedule however, unforeseen delays in production may occur. All delivery dates and times are estimates only. Eurobaby are not liable for any delay in delivery.

For their protection, we ask that children and young people do not place an order or submit personal information to us. We are happy to receive orders on their behalf by their parents or guardian.

We accept Euro and Sterling payments on our website. These include VAT at the appropriate rate.
