Shopping with Us

We stock thousands of products available for immediate international delivery, domestic deliver and in store collection. We work closely with our suppliers to guarantee our highest standards in quality and service at affordable prices. Please contact our Online Customer Service Team on info@eurobaby.com or call us on +353 (0)76 888 6570 for more information. We aim to have your order ready in 1-3 working days for most products, delays occur due to some products coming from our partners/brands directly to us or changing stock levels, however you will be notified by email. Please do not go in store to collect your order until you receive a confirmation email.

How to place an order

Browse our online catalogue and select “add to cart” button then proceed through our secure payment section by selecting “price to checkout". Once you have entered in your billing and account details you will proceed to billing and shipping then finally your order confirmation.

Changing an order

It may not alway be possible to change an order once despatched however you can follow our returns system to return any unwanted items. If your order has not left the warehouse will may be able to change delivery address, remove items or cancel your order completely. Cancelling an order

Orders dispatched from our warehouse will need to be returned using our Returns procedure in the events of unwanted products There are some customised personalised products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange.

Out of Stock Items

Online stock items are generally held in store and some stock is only available inshore. Contact your local shop to find out more. We may continue to display out of stock products online so that you have access to the product details, or for an item becomes available once more stock has been delivered.

Click and Collect

Almost everything is available to collect from the store. Simply find your product, add to shopping cart and choose free in-store collection. You will receive your standard Order Confirmation Email notification almost immediately to say that we have received your order. You must produce photo identification and order number when you come to collect your order. Please ensure your vehicle will accommodate your purchase; dimensions of the item(s) (excluding packaging) will be available online.

Does the delivery need to be signed for?

In most cases the local carrier will require a signature. We’d advise you to assume that someone needs to be there to sign for the parcel if possible when you enter the address for delivery - we're happy to deliver to a work address, for example. Tracking numbers may be available with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding your order.

Where do you ship to?

There is free shipping for any order over €40 to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Mainland UK. We have low cost shipping available throughout Europe.

Easy returns

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If you’re not please return it to us for refund or exchange. See our returns policy for more information. You can return any item for a refund, within 28 days of receiving your original order. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.

Security

We take your security very seriously and offer safe payment via all major credit and debit cards, and also PayPal. If you sign up to receive newsletters from us, we promise we’ll never pass your details on to any company outside the Eurocycles Eurobaby Group.

Price Match

Contact us for price matching another retailer's price. To enable us to do this as quickly as possible, please ensure that the retailer you're reporting has a bricks and mortar shop, and is not online only. You'll also need to take into account costs relating to delivery and all other related charges.
